DVC Resort Timeline

Does anyone happen to know the order of opening for all the DVC resorts? I know OKW was first and SSR is the latest, but was just curious to know what happened in between.

Don't have the actual opening dates in front of me, but I do know the order for the WDW DVC resorts:

OKW
BWV
VWL
BCV
SSR

Not sure where VB and HHI fit - but I'm sure someone will post the list with those included soon. I'm almost positive that VB opened before BWV, though.

It'd be interesting to see the dates, plus what the original cost per point was for each! On second thought... I probably don't want to know how much it cost!
