DVC Resort At National Harbor

I thought I remembered hearing a while back that DVC had bought property at National Harbor, near D.C. for a new resort. Has anyone heard this also, is it true, and any recent news regarding this possible new DVC property?

Disney bought property for a resort. It was just speculation that it might be part DVC, nothing was announced.
