DVC Reservation - 2 families / credit card charging & linking to Magic Bands?

We are staying at AKL with our friends this summer. It looks like my credit card is already associated with the room, which it looks like we can change for incidentals.
This will be our first time there using Magic Bands. A couple of questions:

-Can each family have different credit cards linked to their magic bands since we are staying in the same room? How do we accomplish this?

-Is the credit card attached to the room just for incidentals?

-We won't get our annual passes until we get there, how are these linked to our magic band and the room if necessary

-We have a special needs daughter, how do we register for the DAS program?

-Has the transition been made to the coffee pods and where can one purchase more pods?

-Are the refillable mugs at AKL chipped or can we still use our old mugs?

last I read, it was still one card per room
-Is the credit card attached to the room just for incidentals?
park purchases, room charges, etc.
-We won't get our annual passes until we get there, how are these linked to our magic band and the room if necessary
they will do that at guest relations when you buy the APs
-We have a special needs daughter, how do we register for the DAS program?
at Guest Relations in the park after you arrive

not sure, we used our Keurig at AKV this year so I didn't look
-Are the refillable mugs at AKL chipped or can we still use our old mugs?
you cannot use your old mugs, mugs are for length of stay only.

The front desk can setup charging so that each family can charge to their own CC. Each family will also need to establish a purchasing PIN at the front desk.

Your passes won't actually be linked to the MagicBand or the room. Nothing is stored on the MagicBand except for a unique id number. MagicBands, along with room reservations, park admission, etc. are all linked to MDE profiles. The MagicBand is just a key to reading the data stored on your profile. The CM at either a park ticket window or guest relations can assist with linking your passes to MDE once you've purchased them (or exchange for them if pre-purchased).

All DVC rooms have a full size (12 cup) Mr Coffee style drip brewers that take a basket (flat bottom) style filter.
-Are the refillable mugs at AKL chipped or can we still use our old mugs?
The drink stations at ALL WDW Resorts require a cup with a chip in order to dispense soda.
 
Can the credit cards for each individual family be dealt with on MDE before arrival? Does each Magic Band need to be pinned at the rent desk?

No.. must set up credit cards at check in to separate out bands per credit card/folio. We did it this week when checking in to a 2BR with two families.
