We used Jason at the TSS. Here is a quick timeline of our resale purchase.

Jan 5 - Made an offer and it was accepted.

Jan 6 - Sent to Disney for ROFR

Jan 19 - Passed ROFR

Jan 27 - Closed

Credit also needs to be given to the title company used by TSS. They were very efficient. I'm hoping that I'm in the Disney system by Saturday, January 31. If so, everything will have happened within a calendar month.

We had Scot from TSS. Actually everyone that we have spoken to from there have been very helpfull. I would purchase through them again in a heart beat.

Scot is our guy. We've used him twiced and are in the process of looking for a third contract. I wanted to buy BLT but, we have a large family. They are now starting their own families so, I might as well get our points at the same place. They all love the BWV.
