DVC resale sites

Hi All,

So far I have found 3 sites which seem to specialize in DVC resale.

www.dvc-resales.com, www.**********.com and www.dvcbyresale.com

Are there any other companies out there specializing in DVC resale?

There are these three as well as GMAC. We went with Jaki and **** at ********** and have been very pleased. We are now waiting to close on VWL.

The TTS is also a specialist. Its a board sponser, and you can find the link at the top of the dis page.

I dont think you can post direct links to other dvc timeshare specialists, its not kosher-- correct me if I am wrong. Maybe you should edit your post?

The TTS has a huge listing of resell properties. There are many happy disers who use them I believe.

That said, I worked with Jaki and ****, and was very happy with the results.

One thing to note about buying resell: dont just consider listed resells through any of the dvc specialists -- find a broker you trust, and tell them your needs! Even if its not listed, they may have one to offer you!

I requested a specific property (bvc) gave an approx number of points I wanted, and my broker came up with options --- so always ask!

Pete is fine with mentioning other sites as long as they hvent broken any DIS rules. And in fact I know with the timeshare store, they are an open dealer, meaning you can list your timeshare with them and any other open realtor too.

Those are the main brokers that specialize in DVC resales. The others listed above are more general in their listings - certainly not specialists in DVC.

The Timeshare Store - www.dvc-resales.com - is the largest.
