DVC resale points

I am looking to buy dvc points on the resale market. Has anyone bought them lately and at what price will Disney buy them back versus letting them be sold to a purchaser? I offered $77 for Saratoga Springs and the seller accepted. Do you think Disney will buy them before I get a chance to?

Just don't build your hopes up until you hear from them. They usually will buy back points if they are far below what they are still selling for new. We also bought a resale after we sold our SSR contract and our first one was bought back by Disney, so we had to start over. We did get a contract we wanted though and sometimes there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it at all about which ones they buy or let go. Here is to wishing you the very best towards your contract offer.
