DVC Resale Information

I am considering a DVC purchase. Have been watching Timeshare Store, DVC Resales and also Reid Resort Realty. Does anyone know anything about Reid Resort Realty for buying resales? I know I have seen recommendawtions for Timeshare Store and DVC Resales. If anyone can give me any information regarding Reid, please let me know.

I have not had first hand dealings with Reid. You should put "Reid" into the search feature at the bottom of this page. You will come up with many comments from those who have had first hand dealings.

I used Jaki Apetz at a Timeshare Broker. She and they were great.

We almost bought a resale from Lee Reid but it feel through because there was a problem on the seller's end - no fault of Lee's. I would recommend him, although we didn't see the transaction to completion. He was very courteous and helpful. He was honest about the situation we were in...I think one of the seller's wouldn't sign the papework (divorce?) or something to that effect and we could have sat in limbo for some time, but he told us in honesty that these situations usually won't go our way and he promptly returned our deposit. We would have bought from him in the end but another reseller had the type of package we were looking for before he did.
