I’ve been checking out the usual resale websites. Is there a forum with private listings?

thanks!

Stick to the resale brokers and at worst go to the timeshare sites (although honestly you likely want to avoid those as well).

Your best bet is just putting in a ton of offers and constantly check for new contracts.

Never saw a forum with private listings and if there was if the "deals" were that good some professional buyer would swoop in to take all that business. Same with the whole foreclosure bidding stuff.

From a buyer perspective, there is increased risk and zero benefit to a private sale. For the seller, they may get to keep ~$8/point more, but they also have increased risk and a much smaller market (with very few buyers; see my first point).

Hey, you chose the right way. Resale is a part of your economic attributes. Since I tried to resale my personal budget has struck an enormously good balance. More than that, studying economics, I acknowledge that all what we have must be make acquainted with monetary circuit. So, a good resale forum with listings is Craigslist alternative where you can post all what you should sale. I have been using it for five years, and I am as pleased as Punch. A fringe benefit is that on this platform many people are searching what they need, and the probability that your posts will be seen is greater than on others

There’s a lot of steps to go through with buying a resale. Especially for a buyer, I think it makes sense to always use a realtor who specializes in DVC resales.

Even for the seller, using a experienced DVC broker makes the process significantly easier.

If I were selling used Mickey stuffed toys it would be different. But for a real estate transaction, use an expert.

I agree with the other members, use a reputable DVC real estate broker. They handle every aspect of the transaction and they can answer all of your questions along the way. We had a great experience with our broker when we purchased our resale contract.

Good luck with finding a resale contract that fits your needs.
