DVC res not updating in MDE

Hello experts! I made a DVC res with just my own name on the room, then added it to MDE, then went to book some park passes using that res and realized that I hadn't added the other guests in my room. Back to DVC website, added the guests, waited an hour or so for the confirmation, yup they're there. Back to MDE, no guests, still just me. Waited a few days, bupkus. Called MDE tech support, two transfers, dumped into queue that said it would call me back. Got the callback (4h later!), explained situation, tech hemmed and hawed and said he was going to put me on hold, then the cursed phone survey, yup he hung up.

Anyone know how to "refresh" the reservation in MDE so it will pull in my guests on my room res? Been fighting this all day and don't want to miss out on park passes. Hoping the internet knows more than MDE tech support :-)
 
Determined to self-serve here I just kept trying changes to my reservation until it showed up in MDE! If this ever happens to you, add a guest and then remove them from the res :-)
 
For glitches like this, I’ve always updated the resort check in, signed out of MDE, signed back in and the issue has been fixed.
 
Updating my check-in has worked for me the last few times. I always try to avoid calling if at all possible and I haven't had to yet.
 

I have had to update online check in like other have mentioned. Has worked every time. It seems the two systems no longer 'talk"
