DVC Rental Lead Person and Extra Person Question

I have a few DVC rentals coming up and I may not be able to go. If I am the lead person, can the other person coming check in without me being there or do I have to make her the lead person now? She is planning to add her credit card and 4 digit code to each reservation a.t.o. check in (I thoroughly trust her). Will this work without making the DVC owners go through the hassle of changing the lead name to our reservation?

Second question: Can an extra adult (will be 2 adults and 0 children) stay there without adding her name to the reservation? Neither will not be using magic bands or go into the WDW theme parks.

Any adult (age 18+) that listed on the room reservation can check in up arrival at WDW.

The reservation will need everyone's name and age.

If she's not on the reservation you will need to ask the owner to modify the reservation.

Adding a name is easy and can be done online. Changing the lead person requires a phone call. It shouldn't be a hassle for the owners to just add an additional name.
