DVC Rental Insurance Question

I am new at considering renting DVC for our trip next year. I would rent through David’s and buy insurance. I think I would buy the policy for cancellation and add as a rider for any reason. I get so confused reading the policy, does it mean if we get sick or one of us gets sick before our travel dates we can cancel and do you get 100% of your money back or only a portion?

You're going to need to speak with the insurance company to get clarification.
