I bookmarked it when I was writing up my contract and it gave some good suggestions throughout the years.

I’ve seen several in the files of some DVC FB groups - they all seem pretty solid. Most have force majeure added in too so you just tweak the member & renter info

@konaboy, as a private party looking to rent DVC points from a private party for the first time, may I say that agreement is awesome. I love how it protects both the Member and Renter. Nice!!

Go to the Technical Support Board (all the way at the bottom) and find a “test” thread. Make at least 10 posts on that.
