DVC Referrals.....Do Texans get anything?

Has anyone that resides in Texas received a referral gift from DVC or is it not allowed?

Does DVC offer anything anyway?

The DVC Member website has the listing of which states allow gift compensation for referrals.

Thanks to Texas State Law all we get is a printed certificate.

I started a petition last year but not many were interested in helping to get the law changed.
