DVC Question

I received the DVD info for the DVC, and was wondering if there was a way that I could stay there by buying/renting someone elses days that they may not be using? I would like to experience the place first before I made a huge decision such as this. I'll be there on June 9th-14th.

Any info. is helpful.

Go to the DVC Rent/Trade Board and post your request. Points run from $10-12 per point. You may be limited in what is available for early June. I think BCV and BWV are both sold out already.

Make sure you read the FAQs at the top of the page first. You will be making a reservation with an individual owner and not Disney. They will let you know what they require if you want them to make a reservation for you. Cancellation is a bit tricky with DVC rentals, so make sure you are comfortable with the member's rental requirements.

We rented from a member last year to "try" OKW for 1 night.
Bought DVC as soon as we got home.
(Since we go to WDW 3 - 4 times a year, we often wonder why we didn't do it years ago.)
Oh that's right . . . $.
Hopefully soon you'll be hearing, "Welcome Home" as a DVCer!
