DVC question (again)

Sorry folks, just got my info pack and wanted to clarify - if I buy NOW does my use year start when the deals goes through i.e in 2-3 weeks time? also if i use an 'odd' number of points i.e 148 and I own 150 do the other 2 get automatically banked or do I need to call again to bank them? and what happens if the points usage never equals out? if I'm always left with an odd 2 or 3 points will I always have to keep phoning to bank them or do I lose such small amounts?

Disney will be selling a certain Use Year at the moment which you will be given unless you ask otherwise. I'm not sure how many different ones will be on offer, but it's worth asking if you want a particular one.

As for banking - you ALWAYS have to do it yourself. So make a good note of your banking deadlines, and then it's just one call to the freephone number, or you can email them - easy! So don't worry about odd points being left - but don't forget them either!!

we bought our first points in March, and our use year starts Aug. When away we had a look at the resort and spoke to a guide, who says they are selling October use year at the minute
