DVC Property/Hazard Insurance

I'm reading through my mortgage docs before signing up for DVC at the Aulani and read that we need to obtain property/hazard insurance. This was never mentioned to us before. I'm guessing this is something we have to purchase on our own, but can't seem to find any info about this online. Does anyone know what the insurance costs are like?

You do not personally buy such insurance. It is purchased by the association and is charged to the members as part of their annual dues.
