Here is my yearly reminder. Included with your dues bill is a Privacy Notice that if you haven't filled out already, needs to be completed and mailed to DVC or they can share or sell your information with outside third parities in addition to Disney affiliates.

You don't have to fill this out every year, either, unless something has changed:

"IF YOU HAVE COMMUNICATED YOUR PRIVACY PREFERENCE TO US IN THE PAST, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO DO SO AGAIN, UNLESS YOU ARE REQUESTING A CHANGE TO YOUR PREVIOUS PREFERENCE".
