I just checked donalds thread - that contract had all points intact and 185 banked ones too (it was a 210 bcv contract), soooo, I think your contract has a fighting chance....
Did you ask your broker if they thought it was too low? I know when I was looking at a super cheap BWV contract for 300 pts, my broker had the calculator out,,, mumbling to himself,,, lets see how we can make this pass,,, ok - you are not a member yet (apparently disney takes this into consideration according to him),, lets take the points up by 1 buck, that should do it, lets lower the MF consideration,,, hmmmm... mumble mumble.....klicky clack on the calculator.... buyer to pay closing.... mumble.. clicky clack... ok, maybe if we do 1/3 of the mf....clickity clack...
well you get the picture. If you broker thinks it will pass, and its a good broker, then you should feel more confident.
Also, while I was waiting for my ROFR, and it was taking longer then most had that submitted mid august,, I emailed **** saying... is this bad news that I have not heard anything yet? With all the BLT/Treehouse stuff going on, Maybe Disney is going to drive up the resell prices by rofring a lot? He and Jaki told me not to worry-- on the contracts they submitted during that first week of september,,, the one that Disney squashed came back to them within three days of being submitted... that mine taking longer was a good sign, and they were confident that my contract would easily pass. So, if you dont hear back from your broker in the first 4-5 days.. I think chances are good that you will pass.
Good Luck!
