DVC presentation

My little sister will be coming down in August for the Fall internship program. I have heard that there is a DVC presentation for the parents when they regroup their children off. Can anyone confirm that? If so, do they offer any incentives? My parents are kicking around the idea of DVC and I am not sure if it would be worth waiting for the presentation, or to just buy now. I am a current DVC member, so I know about regular incentives, just not sure if they offer anything different down there at the presentation.

I haven't done the program yet but I have heard there's a discount on DVC during the program. I've heard both 10 and 20%, not sure which is accurate.

Again... Just what I've heard from others who have done the program. Hopefully someone more knowledgable than I will be able to answer your question for sure.

For DVC, cast members get 15% off the price of points. If you guys are serious about DVC, you should look into resales! It is a lot cheaper!
