Did anybody get a DVC postcard - "best kept secret - Hint: You can receive a complimentary Disney vactation"

I Just recieved that postcard a week or so ago. Im sure it is because I have called and showed intrest in the DVC. I just cant justify the cost right now. I wish I could. I too am interested to find out the details. A free vacation would make my case a little more interesting to my DH.
Has anyone called on this?
If so....... details,details,details.

I'll try to explain as best as possible. DH & I just purchased 180 points with SSR last month. SSR is now selling Phase II which is not actually built/complete yet. They are (were as of july) offering 2 different options.

Option 1: $85.00 per point (going rate is $95 per point), no points until 2005 & no maint. fees until 2005.

Option 2: $95.00 per point, no maint. fees until 2005 (in our case June) & we will not get our first official set of points until June 2005. However, they are giving "developer's points" to match your # of points, effective immediately. We purchased 180 points & were given a 1 time set of developers points (180 points) to use from now until Sep 30, 2005 - at any of WDW & DVC properties EXCEPT SSR. We have booked 4 nights for next June @ Disney's Hilton Head SC resort & will use the remaing for next Sept. @ BW or BCV. We will be given our 1st set of points in June - which we will probably carry over to 2006 since we are using our dev. points for our 2005 trips.
