Please let us know if you have used your DVC points for a ski trip. If so, where did you go and did you like the hotel/resort? We are thinking about this option for this winter and would love any advice. Thanks!!

We have used our DVC points to stay at Top Notch Lodge in Stowe, VT twice. It is a beautiful resort with a world-class spa and indoor pool. The resort has two restaurants and a cozy bar with fireplaces and entertainment. The slopes are about a mile away and there's plenty of shopping and restaurants in the town of Stowe, so even if someone in your family doesn't ski - there's plenty to do.

The Summit Resort in Big Sky, MT is on the list. I have never tried to use points, but I do know the resort and it is awesome. The skiing at Big Sky is first rate. We have skied many of the western ski resorts and this is our favorite.

Keystone, in Summit County, CO, is on the list. Awesome resort, great skiing.

You might also save your points and look at Miami Ski Club. They have some great trips, and have a lot of activities of all kinds year-round. Here's a link: http://miamiskiclub.com/
