My family used points from three years to book a DIsney cruise for June 8th of this year. We banked last year's points, borrowed next year's points and used this year's points. I fully expect the cruise to be cancelled by Disney. What will happen to our points? This is causing me a lot of anxiety.

They will remain reservation points and can only be used for Disney Collection bookings, if past precedent holds. You may have to again pay a $95 fee to book with them.

This is how hurricane cancels have worked, I any event.

But when will they expire? SOmeone told me that reservation points expire at the end of the current use year. Also, what about the borrowed points from next year and the banked point from last year? will those expire too? The use year ends on July 31st.

Yes, once converted to reservation points, they stay that way and will expire at the end of the UY of the trip.

So, as of today, and the policy in place, all of those points expire July 31st, 2020.

They will be eligible to book other options within the Disney collection...but no longer can be used for DVC villas
