Dvc Point Increase Prediction

Sorry, it aint that easy. There are too may unknowns.

EP,,,,same ending date? I doubt it. Are mombership extensions available at the old resorts?

Does EP have a longer closing date, then when its near selling out, extend the existing resorts?

VP(Villas Polynesion) opens in 2012 when EP sells out, it opens at $125 per point, in 2015, they start offering 'earlybirds' extensions at the older resorts.

There are just too many factors.

I do know that it is in Disney's best interest to keep the resale market as high as possible. They will try to achieve the most value for the longest amount of time that they can.

In 2012, when Jeb Bush is elected to his second term, the economy could be flying real high with points approcahing $200 a piece.
