DVC point cost increases?

I'm trying to figure out when and how much DVC's next cost per point increase might be. Anyone want to make a prediction? I've noticed that in the year we've been members, DVC has increased costs twice-a 10% cost per point increase in one year. Also, I'd be interested in what DVC's historical pattern of cost per point increases has been-when, how much each time. Anyone with any info? Thanks!

There have been 14 increases since inception (10/91 - $51). Most recent increases are as follows:

12/02 - $84
6/02 - $80
6/01 - $75
1/01 - $72
5/00 - $67
2/99 - $65
7/95 - $62.75

Regarding future increases, it's anybody's guess. If the most recent pricing changes are any indication, you should look for annual increases approximating 8%-10%. It's really a function of how much product they have available. Even in a tough economic environment, the demand doesn't seem to soften too much.
