I was listening to the podcast this week about all the updates coming to Disney Parks that will be effecting DVC members. To be honest I have not been paying super close attention to all the changes coming next year and it seems like we are going from masters degree required to post doctorate. But the discussion on the DVC AP and how that differs from day ticket guests got me thinking.
We have a trip planned next year in April for the 4 of us. Me, DW and DS have APs and our youngest DS does not (he was 2 last year). So we will have to buy him day tickets for our trip since we will wait until 2025 to buy our next AP.
This is more venting than anything, but I can already tell that my trip will be plagued with issues for park reservations linking us all together, Genie+ usage, ILL usage, and trying to figure all this out with a 3 YO on day tickets and the rest of us on APs.
Here is to hoping that the system kinks get worked out by April. It would have been nice if they just made it so hotel guests didn't need park reservations regardless of the type of ticket.
