DVC Photopass Discount?

Does anyone know if they still have the photopass discount for dvc members? For some reason I remember someone saying that there were 2 discounts available. One for DVC and one for pre-order. Can they be used together?

MS will no longer e-mail a discount code for the Disney PhotoPass PhotoCD. They stopped when the pre-visit offer returned for all guests.
