I am thinking of buying a DVC membership, but what are all of the perks one gets with the membership?

You get to stay in a nice villa. All the other "perks", as nice as they may be, are subject to be discontinued at any time.

The perk I like the best is the $100 discount off the price of an Annual Pass. There are also various dining discounts, free valet parket at DVC resorts, etc.

Perks come and go. So be sure not to buy based on the perks. The $100 off annual passes is probably the most popular perk right now. But they just started offering that a couple years ago. A number of restaurants offer 10% off of meals. Normally alcohol is not included. A few of the Swan and Dolphin restaurants offer 20% off. You will also see 10-20% off of different stores at DD. But they rotate from restaurant to restaurant and store to store. Sometimes you can get rooms at DVC resorts for cash at 25%. But don't count on that always being available. When you check-in to your room as a DVC member you recieve a booklet with all the perks listed.

You get to write either a yearly check to DVC for dues or let them debit your banking account every month. You get nice little messages from time to time from them telling how they are simplifying your life by changing rules, requesting more money, etc.
