I am staying 8 nights at OKW (April 14-22). I rented points for part of the trip and used my new DVC membership for the rest. I still need to purchase park admission tickets. What is the best way to do this? Can they be purchased through DVC? Is it worth an advance purchase?

The only discount you get for belonging to DVC is on the Annual PAss. If you want discounted park hoppers, go to mousesavers.com, sign up for the newsletter online, and when it comes, click on the link to Ticketmania. They sell discounted passes. Others like undercovertourist.com.

found a site called greatorlandodiscounts this morning that is in the same price range as the mousesavers discounts but don't know anything about the company. Has anyone used this site? They say they have been in business since 1982 but I have never heard anyone mention them before. Would be interested if anyone has used this place for tickets as they list their store as being on route 192 so it might be good for people who want to order and don't have time for mail delivery before a trip and could pick them up there on the way from the airport

Castleri:

I can't help with that question, however, I suggest you start a new thread, because you will get limited viewing of your question here. Or else, try the search feature at the top of the page. Some have said it doesn't work sometimes.

The snow is falling past my window and I am sitting here thinking about Disney tickets and all that goes with them that I will be enjoying in only 10 more days. Would be interested if anyone has used this place for tickets as they list their store as being on route 192 so it might be good for people who want to order and don't have time for mail delivery before a trip and could pick them up there on the way from the airport.
The best DIS boards to get info/opinions on ticket brokers are the Theme Parks Board and the Budget Board.

Consider posting your question on one of those boards - since you are not the OP and the original question relates to DVC, I don't want to move the thread off the DVC Boards.

Best wishes -
