DVC October Availability if Booking in July?

Hi guys, we just passed ROFR (!!!) and our contract will likely close and points in account by approx July 2021 (this estimate includes the COVID-related processing delays that DVC has been experiencing).

I am wondering if it would be somewhat likely or totally impossible to get to Aulani in October for a week (planning for our kiddos' fall break) if we can't book til July.

(After this trip, we will 100% plan on utilizing our 11 month priority at BLT or planning 7 month ahead for other resorts)

Would we still be able to get types of rooms? If so - which one(s)? Any and all insights would be greatly appreciated.

We don’t allow people to post what is available..I know that is not what you were asking...so honestly, any info from today would be useless as things change in a moments notice,

Having said that, I think you will be closed and have an account by mid May which gives you more time to hopefully get what you want!

The more expensive the view, the better your chances. In 2019 we decided in Aug to book a Nov trip, and were able to get an ocean view studio.
