DVC Newbie - Help me decide where to stay

We recently got back from our first trip as DVC members. Now I'm starting to plan our next trips. I need help. Where would you stay and when?
We will be staying in studios only. It will be me, DH and DS (who was born 12/4/2006).

We will be going in January 2010 for 6 nights - we will be flying. I will be running the half marathon (keep your fingers crossed that I survive LOL) and DH will be turning 28 on the last day we are there. We will also be celebrating our 5 year anniversary during this trip (the actual date is Feb. 5th). DS will have just turned 3 in December.

Then we will go in either May or September, we not for sure which yet. This trip will be 6-7 nights, because we will be driving from Illinois.

Our final trip of 2010 will be December 3-12 (or so) - we will be flying. DS's birthday is December 4th and mine is December 10th. So we will be celebrating both of our birthdays.

So, where would you stay and when?
Where in January?
Where in May/September?
Where in December?

We love experiencing different resorts, so I think we would like to do a different hotel each time.

We stayed at BWV (our 'home') during the marathon two years ago in Jan and we were able to watch and cheer the runners on as they ran down the boardwalk on their way to DHS from Epcot - so if your DH and DS wanted a great place to see you run by, that would be a suggestion. (if that is still the route they run)
Let's see, for May I would stay BWV again or BCV to enjoy the Flower & Garden Festival at Epcot. September, I would stay BLT for easy access to MNSSHP (and because it's a slower time of year, you might be lucky to get in unless it's your home). Early Dec definitely book your home resort at 11 months to be sure you have a room (very popular time for DVC due to Xmas and low points) - then at 7 months try and get whichever resort you would love to see decked out for the holiday - again we LOVE BWV decorations, but the lobbies at both AKV Jambo and VWL are also gorgeous then!
