DVC membership linking with DCL?

When I go into memberships on DCL I can see my DVC membership, yet the 2 times we've sailed (September 2021 UK & January 2022) it's not known we're DVC members.

We were chatting with the reps on the Dream and they asked if we'd received our magnets and lanyards in our room, which we hadn't on either cruise, they were surprised that they couldn't see our stateroom was marked as being members, that cruise was actually booked on points.

Is there something I need to have done?

I don't know how to fix it, but we had the same problem on our last cruise on the Wonder. They didn't know and we didn't get our stuff. And when they scanned our KTTW card we didn't come up. They said that sometimes there's a sync issue and it wasn't a big deal. They just handed over our stuff honor system.

Thank you, we did get given our stuff and it wasn't a problem, I was more worried that it may have been something I'd failed to do, being new to cruising.
