I just tried to log on to DVCMember.com to check on my ressies and points, and I only get the log in page for new members with the resort and pin codes. I am already signed up for the site, but it doesn't take my user id or password, it wants the numbers that came in the mail (way back when). I have tried every other way to find the members log in, but it alludes me. I remember hearing that this has happened to others - how did you fix it?

I logged in no prob, try clearing the cache and try on your browser.

This has happened to me (yet again) as well. It happens every time I change my computer, or use someone else's. There is nowhere that I can see that I can simply login. Instead, even when I do click the "login" it takes me back to the same page, asking for the Club-ID and PIN that they mailed us, with this nice message:
"Welcome!
Since this is the first time you are visiting the Members-only Web site, you need to register by entering your Club ID and PIN. On subsequent visits, you will skip this step."

It's very annoying and I can't seem to get around it. I know my username and password, but it won't present me with a login box that I can find.

Well, it must just be that every time I first try to go on a new machine, it does this. This morning it was fine, and I got a login box like you would expect. They must have had a problem last night is all I can figure.

Sorry you are having problems. I logon to the DVC site almost every day at home and at work. It is at different times of the day. I have never had this problem or any problem wit hthe site. Of course if I try in the weee hours of the morning it might be down for updates. But other than that I have never had problems.

I don't know if it helps but I use Internet Explorer.
