DVC Member Website - Unscheduled maintenance

Just tried to log on the DVC Member website and was greeted with the following:

We're Sorry.

In order to serve you better, The Disney Vacation Club Members site is undergoing maintenance. Please check back later.

In the meantime, feel free to visit the Disney Vacation Club main site.

And the main site they direct you to does not even respond.

Any idea of if something is changing or if it is simply emergency maintenance?

Their computer systems are down too if you try to call and book.

Just called to make changes to reservation and their computers are back up but the website is still down so I wasn't able to check to see if the changes really went thru.

After reading this post, I tried to call (at 11:38 a.m. EST - for the 2nd time today) and was told the systems are down until 1:30. Wouldn't give a reason. :-( Torture!

I'm very nervous that my changes didn't really go thru .... thanks for the update on the time .... guess I will just keep checking online.

Have you tried pulling your reservation via disneyworld.com or http://mydisneyreservation.com/dvc ? I'm able to view my DVC reservation on both sites

Systems came back online around 2:30 p.m. EST. Made a ressie and everything!
