DVC member website--having trouble getting to MY DVC & seeing contract and pts

Yup...cookies turned on. I had to completely re-register on the DCL site, but it accepted my same username and password as I had before this fiasco which leads me to believe all memory of me was erased-otherwise it might not have let me use the same old username/password (as I even got the "thank you for registering with Disneycruise.com" welcome email). So my DCL reservations are now viewable again. Small triumph, at least.

Unfortunately, the DVC site seems to "remember" that someone with my original member id and pin had already logged in for the first time and so won't let me do it again with the same or different username/password. I did get my AKV paper confirmation in the mail today, so I'm not as worried about checking to make sure that reservation is still there, but it's just irksome that I have to keep checking/calling/whining and STILL haven't found someone who knows how to get to the root of the problem. I have zero faith that the June 1 launch of the newly "reformed" site will magically reinstate my info (since it seemed completely wiped from the memory banks on the DCL site).

Oh well, I've got tickets already for tomorrow night's showing of POC Worlds End, so life is still good!!!
