DVC Member Survey Broken

This has been going on for many months. The DVC member phone survey is broken.

The first question asks for the nature of the visit. "For information, press or say 3." When I press 3, it responds that it doesn't understand that response.

Later on in the survey, it asks if my needs were met. I pressed 1 to say that they were. The very next question starts, "If your needs were not met..." and then gives me 3 choices to select why my needs were not met. Hello! My needs were met; skip over this question!

In the past, I just hung up when I got to the 'needs are not met' question. This time, I called back to tell them that their survey is broken and wouldn't you know it - I was randomly selected for their survey. :)
 
I reported the problem to Management a few weeks ago. They told me that they would have their phone girl fix it. Looks like she has been on vacation. :thumbsup2
 

Send email to dvc member satisfaction...

Otherwise, they may never fix it.

I've already talked with DVC member satisfaction over the phone. This was about 10 minutes after I mentioned the problem (they called me back).

They told me that they didn't know about the problem and that they were going to send the information over to their IT partners.
