I haven't visited in a number of months and it seems that the navagation is slightly different. It lists 2 out of 3 of my upcoming trips. If I go into the points details I did find the 3 trip listed. I have 3 contracts but they have always listed all trips. Now I note at the bottom of the page it says This Contract requires your attention. Please contact Member Services at (800) ******** or (407) 566-3800† for assistance.

Are these related do you think? I'm going to call tomorrow.
 
I would call but I called today on my contracts. I have NO vacation details... not the ones I have booked, not the ones I have taken...

The CM checked and said they have a "known" issue with this on those of us with more then one contract under our member ID (I have four)

Only one of my two upcoming reservations shows up. I emailed to ask them why the second one wasn't showing up, and they responded that I had two confirmed reservations--well DUH! I knew that since I have written confirmations, which I told them in the initial email. So they basically ignored the question. I emailed them back, reinterating that my inquiry wasn't about whether I had two reservations, but why they weren't showing up. They didn't respond. Oh well, I guess I just have to trust what I have in writing.
 
The same issue with my acct - Upcoming confirmed reservations were there before, and now they're not. I thought it was me (it was late, my eyes were tired, even the site looked different ;)

Perhaps Disney laid off a key developer? Or my bet... someone forgot to test those fields.
 

MS is having major problems with their databases. They hope to have the problems corrected soon. Until then, I guess we just have to live with it.
 
Would this explain why when i go on the II part to do short stay availability, I just can't see availability? I only see the places you can go.

Where is II availability located?
 
Thanks glad to know it wasn't me. It took me many try's to get into the account that had the missing trip. I was in a panic because it was my dd's graduation trip.

It looks like they are trying to group all the accounts together but then you got to look at details an it goofs up...
