I just went to the DVC member site to use the points calculator, sorry it is easy and I am lazy but AKV is no longer listed , it was there yesterday and poof it is gone today. Also I have a reservation at AKV for March, using points and the reservation says reservation points not vacation points anyone know if they are having problems with the site?

There is a bug in the system there that shows that our AKV reservations are using reservations points, but it's really using vacation points. It's probably a hold over from the time when we could exchange into AKL through the Disney Collection.

Not sure about the points calculator problem though.

Due to slow sales DVD has decided to stop construction on the AKVs and remove the resorts from the DVC program. Current owners will be given the choice of Disney Gift Cards or the opportunity to buy at SSR or OKW. Refunds will not be offered because they already spent the money.


















Not really, I'm just screwing with you. Both problems have been reported to MS.

It appears as if they were updating the point calculator. AKV Jambo is now listed. All the Jambo room classes appear to be correct. No option for Kidani.
