I had saved my user name & password on my computer so anytime I wanted to go to the website, the computer automatically remembered my user name & password (so I didn't have to). I have no idea why, but now my username and password aren't stored in the computer and I haven't a clue what they are! What do I need to do? Call member services or what? I can't find the cards they sent us a year or so ago with the original numbers either. Technology is great - except when you depend upon it too much!

You could call. You also may be able to go into the password portion of the computer and find it, then reenter it. I know this is easy to do on a mac, not sure about windows.

Call member services tomorrow. They will be able to help you get into the site again.

I've got a Mac - I'll try that - didn't know there was such a place to look! If not, I'll try the other option of calling Member Services tomorrow.

Thanks Dean and Happy Birthday Cat!

Assuming your using system X, go to your hard drive/applications/utilities/keychain access. Open it, it will ask for you password which is usually, but not always, the same as your startup password. The search through the list for dvc.disney.go.com . If your using Panther, it will be easier as you can use the same search format you do with Safari, which you should be using as well.

This usually happens when someone changes the URL just enough for the computer to recognize it's different but you don't.
