DVC Member Site - New Member

We resently purchased DVC in SSR. Today we received our pin # for getting onto the DVC Member Site. The DVC Member Site says we need a "Vacation Club Id" & that we will receive it with our closing documents. We don't close until June. Anyone know how I might be able to get this number before June?

you can call your guide or ms and see if one of them won't give it to you. try ms first.

Your Vacation Club id is the same # as your DVC member #. Sign in on the right side if you already have a user name for other Disney sites then you will be promted to give the rest of your information. This way you can use the same user name and password on the DVC site that you use on the other sites.

We just did this--I lost our PIN #'s--and the Vacation ID # is not the same as your Member ID #. I had to call Member Services, and they gave me both the Vacation ID # and the PIN, but you will need your Member ID # when you call Member Services. Member services said that the Vacation ID # is something I'll never need again, like the PIN.

Look through all your closing documents. Your member ID should be in there on its own separate page. It's 6 or 7 numbers with a decimal or dash.

Yep, you will have three numbers all totaled.
1. The pin# and
2. "0the other number" for first time registration and
3. your Membership # which has nothing to do with first time web site registration.

We had our Pin # and our official Blue Cards, but not the other number that is only needed that one time. I called ms and they gave it to me... it was two numbers actually, one for each of us like the Pin #s.

I finally had the chance to call Member Services late this afternoon and they gave me our Vacation Club Id so I am now able to access the dvcmember site.
