DVC Member Services "Website" Hours?

One can call Member Services at 9 AM ET to make a reservation for a date 11 months in the future (assuming they own at that specific property).

What time does the Member Services website "open" for reservations for a date 11 months into the future? Today it looked like 8 AM ET (only because I checked at 8:01) because the date 11 months from today was available to be selected as a check-in date. But does the website "open" earlier than 8 AM ET? Perhaps 7 AM? Or just a minute after midnight?

While the website is "open" 24 hours a day (glitches aside), reservations being made right at 11 months or 7 months can't be made until 8am on the first day of those windows. If you are making a Home Resort reservation at 10 months, you can do that at any hour of the day but the 11 month priority won't be available until 8am.

Online reservations are still available an hour before MS opens for phone reservations.
