I was just wondering as a DVC member, do I get anything for going to a DVC presentation again?

ie, when I first went they gave us those 4 super passes. Is there anything I get for as an owner already? I've heard Disney Gift Card? But what's the value and how many?

Any help is appreciated!!

cheers!

I wouldn't expect anything for a repeat presentation especially if you don't buy.

Guides/DVD are in the business of selling and their give-aways are budgeted. A give-away without a sale usually requires a Managers approval.

We didn't buy anything (at least I'm home and still resisting the urge) and got the instant fast passes again, good for 3 fast passes for each of us. We saved them until our last day when we had a short time window before having to leave for the airport. Oh yeah, and the ice cream!

We tagged along with my parents last January to a DVC presentation....and got nothing at the end of it (as expected).

Unless you are bringing potential new buyers, there should be no reason for members to attend the full presentation designed for non members. Members can view the models at the sales center on late afternoon hours daily. You can also make an appointment with your particular Guide to discuss potential add ons. In short, no "gifts" though you may wheedle a button or two out of some of the DVC Kiosks in the parks...

Unlike most timeshares, DVC is very reluctant to tour the same group twice. The only times I've heard of it happening are when tagging along with someone else, when insisting for some reason and/or when it's been quite a long time for non members. Unlike other timeshares, they don't do formal tour incentives, preview stays or similar. That may have to change for HI.

I went this Dec and bought add-on points. I was more than compensated for the time of those in my group and myself. They do still give the FP that are good for 3 FP per card. My guide was very kind and generous. May even add next time just for the cards.
