Dvc member discount?

I remember reading somewhere that DVC members get a discount on cash reservations at other resorts. Where can I find how much? We're thinking of adding a couple nights to our March trip but due to renting points to SIL (who has to go during the weekend), we wouldn' have enough points. We have APs, but just wondering if DVC discount would be better.

The DVC discount is at DVC resorts only and it is 25% off rack rate - if it is available. It's not always available.

THey will not be able to link the reservations since DRC and DVC are two different entities. So make sure each reservation number is listed on the other. Then when you check in, make sure you are blocked into the same room for the entire trip.
