Busy, Call won't go thru or Reach DVC then cut off...this is BS!

Same - we got through twice, hit 1 a few times then it hung up on us. Rest of the time busy signal.

Over 200 attempts between me and my husband. Got through 4 times only to be cut off. Is this there way on controlling how many people actually get on the ship?
