DVC Member and resort parking

if you are a DVC member and staying at a non-dvc resort, paying cash, do you still have to pay a resort parking fee

I'm thinking yes, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. The reason we don't pay at resorts is it is built in with our dues, not because they want to help us out. It's not built into our costs at other resorts, though. I'll be curious to see if I'm right.

As far as the last time I heard, you do have to pay parking fees for non dvc resort stays. If you’re staying in a villa paying cash (as far as I know), you don’t have to pay parking fees, but for non dvc stays (etc pop century or port orleans), you do have to pay parking fees for sure.

Members staying at a DVC Resort get free resort parking.

Members staying at a non-DVC resort on points get free resort parking.
Members staying at a non-DVC resort on cash will pay the daily parking fee.

Inbound RCI exchanges pay a resort fee ($190 per stay) which might cover the daily resort parking fee.

I hope so. I stay at Saratoga springs on RCI points as often as I do my DVC points.
