DVC member added DDP for 2011 - Cost Breakdown

I just called and was able to add the DDP to my 2011 Vacation. The cost break down for the Basic DDP:

Adults - $45.99
Child - $11.99

I heard that they might start requiring you to pay it before check-in.

Have to pay at check-in. When I called DVC months ago regarding the "new" system that they are putting into place they stated, at earliest, it wouldn't be put in until Fall 2010 - if it makes it by then. They are trying to make their systems more like CRO in terms of paying for the dining plan before you get there.

Looks like the adult is the same price as non-peak for non-DVC members, but child is $1/night less. Curious.

If you call today, you can pay at check-in.

If you make any modifications to your reservation or your DDP after the new system is implemented next month, you will be required to pay for your DDP when you add it to the reservation.

As a DVC member does anyone know if you are going at PEAK time do you have to pay the peak or regular rates?
