DVC MB log in info?

Hi everyone!

We're new members (200 VWL). We've received a variety of material from DVC, including member cards, but nothing that gives a password to log onto the Disney Vacation Club member website. Any ideas? I don't have member services # either.

We've received a magazine and a catalog of other places we may choose to stay, but no detailed info. about how to use our points etc. Does such info. exist?

Call member services. The number should be on the blue card or in the member handbook. The same thing happened to me. They gave me the information needed.

We bought resale and also had to call...they give you the info over the phone.

BTW...thanks for posting your specs on my "advice" thread...you got a good deal!!!!
