I just requested financial info FRom DVC on Friday the very helpful
guide said I should have the infor in 2 to 3 days ( I am in Mass.)
Seems if DVC really wants my business as it was FED EX to my door
is this normal procedure? An When will they charge me for the FEd EX LOL...

7 months to my fitst stay at SSR hopefully...

It is normal and you will pay for the Fed Ex as soon as buy your points.
