DVC Magic Resales company

Has anyone used this company before? Can't find too much about them other than Rachel Thompson was with Fidelity before she started DVC Magic Resales in 2013? Saw are sale on her site and trying to do my homework before I get to deep into the process. Thanks for the help ------ MDM

I just closed on a contract with Rachel. After trying with another company, Rachel's communication has been stellar! In my experience she is miles above the rest.

I worked with Rachel as a purchaser. She was excellent to work with. She communicated promptly via email and phone, presented the offer and counter offers efficiently, and worked up the contract and acquired signatures quickly. Unfortunately disney rofr'd the contract so I don't have any first hand experience with closing. The title company did promptly issue a refund check for our deposit, so it seems that they're on the ball as well. I wouldn't hesitate working with her again.
