DVC lost all my Reservations

If you can get logged in check on your points and reservaitons.
After the update/upgrade DVC did over-night and this morning. My points are correct for the reservations that I have but all my DVC reservations are gone.
Call MS and they are stating the update is still on-going, if so why was able to log in? No answer to this question.

I have the exact problem! My reservation has disappeared! I went into the CHAT NOW but the CM stated they are working on it. Disney IT strikes again

I wouldn't worry about it until access to the website is completely restored. The core reservation system is on a separate platform from the website with data being traded back and forth.

The odds of DVC simply losing a massive number of reservations is basically nil. Worst case scenario they can always restore from a backup.

This is why I always take screen shots of my reservations, and usually update them once a month/week. I also take screen shots of my points.

Don’t worry too much about it. 99.9% chance everything is fine.

No one can see their reservations. This exact thing has happened during past maintenance events. System is still down now. even if you can get in, do you really trust it to book a reservation for you. Guess it didn’t occur to them that some people were hoping to book their Christmas vacation. oh well, let’s hope once it returns, that I works and we don’t have major glitches.

Looks like it's all back to normal...

I finally this morning got all my reservations back (Yours on Friday mine not until Monday).
Told multiple time over the weekend by MS that they are working on my accounts (Have multiple memberships).
