So excited!

I received an email from our title company that we closed on May 29th and the deed has been recorded and sent to DVC for transfer. They said that takes about 2 weeks and then we will receive a welcome package with the information to being making reservations...BUT, I had read somewhere that I could call earlier to get my login information.

My question...can anyone tell me who I can call to get the information and how soon will MS actually have my info? I think I read I should ask for accounting, but I can’t remember! (I wish I remember WHERE I read this information...)

Yes, you call Member Accounting, which is option 3 for the DVC number (can't post on here). You'll need to give them your contract number (one of your closing docs should have it). They'll ask for your info. If the contract number is still listed under the seller, that means they have not created your account yet. Call back another time.

Once you get your DVC number, you'll need to go to Member Admin to get your online account setup. Or you can book on the phone through MS. Good luck!

FYI - My deed was recorded 5/19. I called once a day starting 5/27. Finally got it 5/29. Funny enough, I got my DVC number in the mail Saturday 5/31. The letter was dated 5/23 I'm hoping they won't sent the points chart book and other junk mail I don't need.

You can't post the toll-free number, but you can post the regular number which is 407-566-3800.
